Recycle
If you are not already recycling, you should really consider it. Most cities have established recycling programs for a relatively small fee. Here in Regina, you can have your recycling picked up at your door for approximately $65 per year. Also, most shopping centers have big blue bins where you can drop off your own recycling for free!
A leading vermicomposting print resource is: Worms Eat My Garbage, Mary Appelhof, Flower Press,Kalamazoo, Michigan, 1982. The website of Mary Appelhof: www.wormwoman.com/acatalog/index.html
